Portion Control aims to help you slow down your snacking habits and eat sensible, healthy portions.
Four questions are all it takes to start living a healthier lifestyle. Simply input the amount of units per serving and calories per serving of your snack food, then input the total amount of calories you would like to consume and the duration of the snack. Portion Control will then automatically calculate how much time you need to wait in between consuming a unit of food and will notify you when to consume it. That's it! And since Portion Control is keeping track of how many calories your are eating you can pause and finish your snack at any time and still know how much you have eaten.
